"Staff was excellent and patient when answering any questions presented. Amazon and Uber deliveries were also okay. It was dusty behind the furniture & air vents and the elevator had exposed lightbulbs. The leg room of the toilet was limited. There is no elevator so accessibility is very limited. "My family and I were so happy we decided to book this location. It is literally 10ft away from a 7/11 store to get any food or drinks necessary. Having the 7/11 be open 24hrs was really great as we were getting food at odd times because of jet lag in the first few days. Not only is there a 7/11 so close, but there are neighboring grocery stores that are open as well. The biggest selling point in my opinion is that the JR station is a 3 minute walk from the complex. "It’s super clean and convenient location for everything. You feel like you live in the apartment, not like Hotel! Only concern is that you can hear everyday sounds from next door like opening doors and walking in the room. "

"The experience at Mimaru Kinshicho was great. We stayed for 6 days, family of 5, and our room was so nice and clean. The staff at the front was very helpful and spoke English which made it great. Everyone was very respectful and the hotel was very nice. I certainly recommend anyone to stay here. What also made it great was that they have a currency exchange machine right on the lobby."

"Amazing stay in Asakusa. The front desk staff rotated constantly but everyone of them was helpful and spoke English. Help us figure out how to ship our luggage to our next hotel in Kyoto and even filled out the forms for us. Our room was clean and had a kitchenette. Would stay here again! "

Great hotel handy to shops and transport

"This was our first stay in this hotel and it was a very pleasant stay. Great location (literally a lift ride down to the Metro or a 3 minute walk across the street to the JR station) and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, as well as a nice little park with a playground for kids. Kinshicho is a good base on the eastern side of Tokyo and you can get one train straight to Narita Airport at the end of your stay. The room was spacious for Japan and the amenities were nice, with a coin laundry on the 7th floor, which is always handy. Cleaning happens every second day (but fresh towels are delivered to your door daily) We had a standard twin with Sky Tree view which was really spectacular, and was very nice to watch the tower light up every night after the sun went down. Very nice hotel, will definitely go back."

"I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this particular hotel. It kind of felt like home Although the rooms are not very spacious, it is still incredibly comfortable and clean and quiet and peaceful. The staff are incredible and friendly and helpful. I had one particular amazing staff member at the hotel help me with an issue one night when I was exhausted and overwhelmed she was very hands-on to assist and help her name is Maruo she Literally was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond I appreciate her dearly and will never forget her. Thank you so much Maruo 礼尾 you don’t know how much your help meant to me. The hotel is close to Local restaurants and 7-Eleven Lawsons and family Mart just behind the hotel everything is walking distance very quickly. You can even get a shuttle bus next to the airport/hotel There are supermarkets as well as department stores situated very close to the hotel it’s a safe area for tourists and a very convenient area I absolutely love Kinshichō One of my favourite areas to stay in Japan/Tokyo you can get anywhere conveniently via The JR line/Kinshichō Station Which is incredibly close to the hotel literally 3 to 5 minutes walking distance I couldn’t recommend staying at this hotel enough happy New Year to every staff member and thank you for your hospitality! "
