"Comfortable, clean, convenient. The only problem I had is that there were a lot of fruit flies in my room when I first arrived. I found the source, an area on the door jamb near the bathroom. I wet some bathroom tissue and wiped it down and they were no longer a problem. An unusual situation so I cannot hold it against the property. No coffee available in the room or at the kitchen. But this seems to be typical in Spanish hotels. "

"I had a last minute trip to Santiago and was able to find this conveniently located hotel in the centre. The hotel was easy to find at night and check-in was very speedy. All staff were friendly and helpful. The decor was really nice. My room was really big and I had an excellent night’s sleep. I will definitely return here as it’s very convenient for flights arriving late. The breakfast was also really good and I’m extremely happy with this choice."
