Room was not ready when we arrived, were told reservation starts the 30th while it was the 26th, toilet seat loose, very slow shower drainage with overflow, weak water flow, balcony door non tight wind flowing on, changed the room, second room was better, came at night to find the room flooding as rain and entered...

The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. "
