"really nice room. Very close to plaza espana but a good 30 mins walk to central seville. Very close to metro stops and bus stops though if you don't want to walk. Pool was closed when we went in March - we hade very bad weather for us too."

"Gorgeous hotel. Walkable to major attractions in Sevilla and public transportation. They have a nice pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Staff is very friendly and quickly respond to any request. We found a great restaurat a few minutes from the hotel and we saw lots of options around the hotel.."

"We love this hotel and it made our time in Seville extra special. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating when after our first night we asked to change room. We were kindly moved to a fabulous room (no.2). The piano room is a lovely addition and we enjoyed after dinner drinks and a game of cards while listening to the music. We felt like we were really experiencing old Seville at this hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, rooms super quiet at night and we loved all the inner courtyards, antiques, plants and character. Re our room change; we had initially been given room 101 which needs an upgrade as it smells of damp, the window doesn't open and the bathroom door doesn't close. We were so pleasantly surprised to be moved to a much nicer room and very grateful to have been accommodated so quickly and without fuss. Thank you, we would highly recommend staying here!"
