"Stayed for a single night while returning from the French Alps to the UK. On arrival we had to telephone to facilitate access, but once in we were very pleasantly surprised by the property. It is unattended and so we were given the keys and came and went as we pleased. It has a very arty feel to the building and it is furnished with many interesting objects which made for many conversations. It is well situated for Provins Medieval Town and also the lower town with several restaurants...

"Lovely hotel in the middle of Provins. Good sized room, excellent breakfast (extra). Lovely evening meal on Sunday night when all other restaurants closed. "On arrival we had to try several numbers to get a response We had no hot water in any of the 3 rooms. We called and he returned saying it was sorted and we would have hot water after 3hrs but we still didn’t have any in the morning. We were on 3 motorcycles and had been travelling all day looking forward to a shower. Then in the morning while we had breakfast they went in our rooms moved some of our stuff and cleaned the rooms ready for the next guests before we even checked out. "

"This was a small inn which was very nice. Breakfast buffet was very good and room was clean and nice. The area around it was very residential so not a lot of things to do close by. The staff was very nice and always looking to take care of you. Did not eat dinner but restaurant always seemed full so good sign many locals.
