"Staff were fantastic, very helpful and welcoming. Superior room was very nice felt it was a bit of style over substance - lack of plugs near a mirror, very poor lighting. A tea towel and a couple of dishwasher tablets would be useful too. Great location though and we had a lovely weekend. Thank you."

"We were given an accessibility room , although we hadn’t requested this. The room was comfortable but the bathroom was a wet room and the shower drain away was blocked. There was a permanent green light on throughout the night in the room which was annoying . Could have done without the male member of staff just letting himself into our room without knocking this morning. Thankfully we were dressed ! "
