"Oh my, where to begin. Ruby Claire is an absolute gem. I would like to give a shout out to Nicolas who handled the smooth check-in and processed our free Geneva transport cards. Yes, you read it right, free ride in public transportation within Geneva. Bus 10 Mollard stop was very convenient, just a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel. More importantly, this is also a bus to the airport. The hotel is in the middle of a shopping (high end) and dining center. Nearby is a McDonald’s and Coop City...

However, if you're unlucky like me you may be given a room that's not in the main building.That means you'll have to walk outside to an alleyway, up some stairs and the same to enter the main part of the hotel. That part was inconvenient enough with suitcases that I'd rethink staying there in the future. "

"On the day we booked the hotel, the reception had been closed since the afternoon. We went to the hotel to check in in the evening, but we couldn’t enter. We became panicky. Then I found the hotel had emailed me about it and left the code for the entrance etc. you don’t usually imagine that the reception is closed, so I didn’t check the email from the hotel before arrived there…The hotel explained that this sort of thing doesn’t happen usually. The rest everything else’s was good!"
