"We enjoyed our stay here very much! The staff were all nice and accommodating. The hotel provides free water (sparkling & still) at all times in the lobby - they even include free bottles in your room. The room was clean, and they provided free amenities which came in so clutch (shaving kit, shower cap, robes, slippers, toothbrushes and paste, etc.). Our only complaint is that we wished their breakfast had more options. For $20 per person, we expected more variety. "

"The building is well maintained and is aging well, just across the way from the Royal Palace and the royal theatre/opera house next door. A wonderfully efficient staff fulfills every request. This is in a charming area far from the bustle of the city. "

"Location and friendly staff! Those are my highlights. The location is unbeatable, right off Gran Via near shopping and a short walk to all the tourist stuff. But the people that work here are the best!! Also, as a work traveler, I love that they have a washer and dryer. It helps so much. My only complaint is the tiny gym. Otherwise, this will continue to be my go-to work hotel Madrid. "
