"Basic hotel, the room was clean and in reasonable repair. The staff are helpful but nobody doing anything exceptional. Breakfast was good. Biggest problem was the noise. I could hear plumbing, other people's TVs and the noise from outside was very loud a 7AM. There isn't much in the way of eating options, the small restaurant next door was ok for a couple of evenings, be aware, its cash only. "

But when I returned the room, I found out that he/she did just bedmaking and brought the toilet paper. There was no cleaning for room floor, toilet and washstand. "Super king size bed was amazing but the pillows are disappointingly soft and not comfortable. The duvets are too small and they don’t have double duvets. The room and communal areas are spotless but the staff are unfriendly, if you can find them, lol. Very modern design with state of art heating and cooling system, second to none, very impressive. "I enjoyed my stay but I was surprised no phone in the room. House Keeping cleans the room they should replenish the water bottle. Your carpets in the hallway are very soiled and dirty. The hotel needs some improvements."

"Communication with the staff is only by a supposed iPad in the room. We did not have one so we had to go to the front desk if we needed anything. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was one of the very best that I’ve experienced. It was close to the train station which made our day trips very easy. We loved the “best western” theme of the hotel.."
