"The bathroom door didn't shut because it was barley hanging on there hinges. No cups or eating utensils in the room whatsoever. Had to call for toilet paper and they couldn't even bring it to our room we had to retrieve it from the front desk. The cable they offered was less than accommodating didn't offer basic packages or movie channels thank God I brought my Amazon fire stick."

"O hotel possui instalações antigas. O quarto tinha um cheiro estranho, mas a cama era confortável. O café da manhã é razoável, mas poderia ser melhor. Fiquei um pouco incomodada com o atendimento recebido na recepção. Chegamos com apenas 2 horas de antecedência, pedimos para realizar o check-in e nos foi informado que somente poderíamos realizá-lo se pagássemos meia-diária. Na saída, tentamos ver a possibilidade de obter pelo menos uma hora no check out, já que nosso voo era só à noite....

"A localização é ótima, o quarto é confortável, sendo apenas 2 beliches no quarto, os funcionários são bem educados. Contras: não tem armário com chave ou cadeado, falta organização no sistema de reserva (fui abordada algumas vezes sobre a minha reserva e cobraram em duplicidade), a cozinha é muito pequena e utilizada por muitas pessoas, incluindo funcionários, não tem copos, só tem um fogão de indução com 2 bocas, a pia e o chão da cozinha e banheiros quase sempre sujos (hóspedes não colaboram)....

Lovely staff, great food & facilities

"I booked this hotel super last minute after my original accommodation was awful on arrival. I reserved with the pay later option and when I arrived at the hotel requested to see the room before payment to ensure I would feel comfortable there. The staff were more than happy to accommodate me and gave me a tour of the facilities as well! The included breakfast was amazing, the room was spacious and the staff were incredibly helpful. I ordered room service and it too was really tasty and reasonably priced! The location is great, really close to the shopping centre and some great restaurants (and a really good and cheap pastel shop). The rooms do need a little TLC but nothing major at all and were still very modern and decently clean. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely stay there again in future."
