"The bathroom door didn't shut because it was barley hanging on there hinges. No cups or eating utensils in the room whatsoever. Had to call for toilet paper and they couldn't even bring it to our room we had to retrieve it from the front desk. The cable they offered was less than accommodating didn't offer basic packages or movie channels thank God I brought my Amazon fire stick."

"We had a comfortable overnight stay in Belo Horizonte, thanks to São Bento Hotel. It is situated within walking distance to the bus terminal, and both the old and new markets. The hotel has several security cameras. The room, while on the smaller side, is neat and tidy. It has a closet with safety deposit box and enough surfaces to put things on. "The staff was always cordial and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice and the shower was good even if it needed frequent adjustments at the beginning. The breakfast was great and varied. The location was great within the Savassi neighborhood and it allowed us to walk to many restaurants, bars and stores in the area. "

I took a picture to show the front desk during check-out.
