"Apart from the few painting defects from quite possibly a partial renovation within the room, it was a really nice place to stay, everything in surfers was within walking distance and from the balcony you could drink in the local ambience. The elevators got really busy however and there weresome long waits for a tripup or down to the pool, reception and rooms. Totally reccomend!"

"We have stayed here on multiple visits to Gold Coast and always enjoyed our visit. The rooms are large and clean with a balcony overlooking the beach area. The buffet breakfast is very good. Convenient to both Surfers Paradise and Broad Beach with a tram stop right in front of the hotel."

"I was unhappy that they advertise pool area open from 6.30am but ...there are no towels available until 9.30/10am. No staff in attendance until 9.30/10am. Pool bar not open until 11am even for simple juices or non alcoholic beverages. loved the room, the view, lounge / seating area very comfortable & luxe"

"Enjoyed our five night stay, and the executive package was definitely worth it The only downfall was pool area not enough seating and people leaving their towels from 6am to reserve. Staff at pool area should not allow this to happen. "
