All around a great exeperience! Beautiful property and grounds. Friendly and responsive staff. Very spacious and always found chairs around the beach and pool. We enjoyed the food and found that there was a good variety! Would definitely visit again!

We liked rooms, food and great music in the evening. Coffee bar is amazing. Cocktails presentation in the evening was amazing. One small feedback is difficulty for restaurant reservations. And what we did not like is the beach. It was clean but the water was only walkable and we could not swim. This beach is for kids.

The worst service ever! Every simple request turned into an argument. They claim to have 24-hour maintenance, but that is simply not true! After 11 PM, there is no way you can find anyone to help. They have a fancy useless app for requesting service and maintenance, but don’t expect to get any! The service at the restaurants, especially the buffet, was shockingly poor. We had to ask multiple times for basic things like drinks or cutlery, and even then, we often had to argue just to get what we needed. It felt like the staff was overwhelmed or simply uninterested in providing good service. The resort claims to have a mexican restaurant for lunch. The food there is exactly the same as the buffet. Nothing mexican! It’s clear they prepare food in bulk and distribute it across all dining areas throughout the day. There’s absolutely no reason to recommend this resort to anyone!

Serenade All Suites is a beautifully designed and very clean resort, with impeccable attention to detail in its maintenance. The cleanliness and aesthetics truly stand out, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere for guests. The food at the restaurants was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options that we thoroughly enjoyed. However, the process of making reservations was challenging. The staff’s communication skills were a noticeable issue—many struggled with English, which made interactions frustrating at times. Additionally, there were moments when staff seemed inattentive or not fully engaged, which impacted the overall experience. While the resort has many positives, these service and communication challenges made it less seamless than we hoped. I wouldn’t discourage anyone from visiting Serenade All Suites, as it’s a beautiful property with good potential. However, I’d recommend being prepared for possible communication difficulties.

Stayed at the property for four nights . It was absolutely wonderful. You can tell they opened not too long ago as everything feels so fresh and new. Staff were consistently friendly and attentive. Food was delicious . Overall one of the best all inclusives I’ve been to and would highly recommended it to anyone. Will gladly come back !!

The resort seemed alright at first but then we started seeing intentional miscommunication by the staff! Didn’t let us reserve any restaurants for two days and then didn’t help us with other nights bookings. We booked a restaurant at 9 and was told by the staff it closes at 9!!! Totally unacceptable and disappointing! There were no food stations throughout the day other than the buffet and an a la carte italian restaurant with mediocre service and food! The buffet food was alright but the restaurant options were very limited and mostly unavailable! The room service was below mediocre! We were provided with amenities but no food or hot water or coffee or anything. The staff didn’t want to understand or didn’t really understand English! We had to spend a loooong time trying to make them understand and we ended up with wrong services and misinformation and so on! I can go on and on but you get the point. Unless you have a B1 Spanish knowledge and are looking for just a pool and a pool-side chair lounge only, you should avoid it.

My wife and I really enjoyed the property and the amenities but we were highly disappointed about the dining choices. We were not able to dine at not one of the restaurants on the property because they would show that they were booked up already. We would walk by them and there would several tables available. We were very upset about that and it left a bad feeling with us about this beautiful property. It would be hard to recommend this property to others knowing that we didn't get to enjoy not one of the restaurants because we paid great money for our winter vacation. I think that we should be compensated for our inconvenience about our dining experience in some way.

We found the property to be an attractive four star resort. Food was average, at best. Staff was extremely hit and miss. There were some excellent people but many acted like they really did not want to be there. The beach was nice but the water access was poor. The water was too shallow or too weedy to be pleasant. We found activities were limited. The elevator kept breaking down and a few other facilities did not work, from time to time. Overall, this was definitely not a five star experience but we found it to be adequate for our week of vacation.

we tried to book diner reservation on the app for the following 5 nights, and all restaurants not available, this is not acceptable, as we not able to try the Teppanyaki, steak house, Gourmet a la carte for total of 5 nights, we even went to the guest service to ask for help, and ended up the last night at steak house! tried to walk in but not accepted even inside is not full! ended up guest service manager has arranged 4 of us at Gourmet a la carte, but the hostess said don't see our reservation, and we said it is empty inside, and she let us in, by the time we finished after 1.5 hours, it is still not full, so why it is fully booked on all restaurants. We been travelled around Caribbean resorts for years and never encounter this situation! and the guest service staffs kept telling us to eat at buffet... some staffs are not that friendly; room is big and clean; at the end, we are not going back to this resort and not recommend to my friends

The resort was very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was well maintained and looked like new. Very nice sandy beach area. Beautiful pools. Very nice variety of bars and lounges. The buffets were very good. Nice variety of food. The specialty restaurants were just OK. The food was very salty at one, and the wait staff was very disorganized at the other. I would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to stay there again someday.

We just came back and had a wonderful time. Food was very good for the most part, buffet a good variety with fresh items that were excellent but some were inedible...we always left buffet satisfied and laughed at how terrible some items were ( i.e. lamb shank on a big bone toughest meat we've had all week...impossible to cut with a knife and was scared to break a tooth lol) but the grilled lamb chops at the buffet were excellent. The burger we had at la palapa on the first day by the pool was the best burger ive had anywhere at an all inclusive ( ive done 25 or so) we came back twice to have it and althought it was still great they changed the cheese and onion compote and wasnt has great has the first time. Often times the items listed on the menu are not really what you will receive and trying to make changes from the a la carte restaurants was usuallly a fail...but no big deal we still ate well all week. A very special thank you to the waitress Pamela which gave us phenomenal service all week, we made sure to seek her out whenever possible and even when the place was full she arranged for us to get a table and avoid the short wait time. Also for my wifes bday she prepared a beautiful table with flowers and balloons to celebrate the event...we took great care of her $$and she returned the favor tenfold. Some employees were slow and didnt smile but overall we received good service everyhere. Also loved no need to get up ealry for chairs there are plenty.
