"Everything there was great, peaceful, private, and relaxing. Staff was great for the most part. Although I understand everyone doesn't have a good day always, the wait staff in food court should practice a pleasant smile or demeanor. When you're on vacation and spending money to enjoy yourself, having grim faces and unpleasant staff around can be a downer to your vacation. But other than that, vacation and trips were great! "

"The staff at Majestic Mirage are all very friendly, and went out of their way to provide us with great service. Our room attendant, Ramona, was on top of everything concerning our room, keeping it clean and the coffee supplies full. Our butler, Amable, who we have had the past 2 years now, is so friendly and helpful. The best! His associate, Jordy, came to our room and decorated it with flowers and balloons to celebrate our anniversary. Very sweet! The piano bar bartender, Yuqueisy, was fabulous and very attentive. The fitness room attendant, Blue, made sure we had a great workout. Finally, one last person to mention, was Juan at the pool bar at the end of building #4. Top notch service with a smile. This was our second year in a row, and plan to go again next year. We stayed in the club level, and chose the swim-up pool suite. It was fabulous. The 2 room suite was spacious, and very comfortable for the week. Can't wait to go back next year!"
