"The entire staff went above and beyond. Everyone was very friendly, saying "hola". The resort was a tropical paradise. We loved the nightly live entertainment and options for drinking and dining. It was magnificent!"

"We stayed for 5 nights. It was very relaxing for the family. Food was pretty good though it gets repetitive after 3 days. We had Vegetarian food but still had pretty good options. Dining experience at Zen was cool. Coffee, ice cream and drinks were plentiful. All of them were good Pools were clean. Swim up bars served good drinks. Water park is pretty good even for adults and teens. We went to the theater once. Other days timing didn't work out. Beaches were clean, awesome and relaxing. It rains in December. We were flexible and adjusted our plans based on the rain. Use AccuWeather for planning Service was awesome all the way through. People are trained not to expect tips. We tipped them because we thought they deserved it. They try to pressure people into timeshare like properties. Compared to other properties it was ok"

"Everyone was so pleasant! I can’t say enough good things about this staff! Every day at every location the staff was attentive, nice and helpful! The rooms and grounds were always clean! The food options were great! The buffet had a variety of foods to try and they also had several other restaurants you could visit as well. The ONLY complaint was the water in the rooms barely got hot and the food in the buffet was room temperature. That is my only complaint! I would definitely visit this hotel again! They had tons of family friendly events as well as events for adults. 10/10!"
