"First my flight was changed, then my hotel was hanged a week before leaving. U was told I would get an upgrade and git a downgrade! This hotel was very strict and didn't allow you to even put music. The rooms were not ready at arrival. The air conditioning was broke as well as other appliances. If you would if not selected this horrible hotel. Me and my 2 boys would not have this horrible accident. This was my boys first time traveling and you ruined it for them! This was a the worst experience...
