"When I booked this room, I thought it was a good deal because it was Teresina - the description and other ratings led me to believe it would be nice. Turns out it was a "good deal" only because it was a barely livable, rundown hotel. "The hotel staff was friendly and happy to help. What needs to improve ASAP is the cleanliness. The reception bathroom was a disgusting sticky floor with urine stains on the toilet, I had to change rooms because the first one had many baby cockroaches, and the last room was overall ok but should be more cleaner."
