"When I booked this room, I thought it was a good deal because it was Teresina - the description and other ratings led me to believe it would be nice. Turns out it was a "good deal" only because it was a barely livable, rundown hotel. The staff were pretty good - they didn't come to clean the room every day as expected, but when I asked them to, they got it done. "O hotel é na BR, de acesso fácil e há uns 15 mins do centro (do Porto das Barcas). Estacionamento amplo e em frente. O café da manhã tem várias opções e o atendimento é bem cortês. Tem Tb uma área de lazer (piscina e sala de jogos), se não for usuário ou estiver com crianças, sugiro evitar os quartos bem próximos. "

"Overpriced, but decent facilities. The room was generally pretty clean, but I was a bit shocked at some dark material smeared on the bathroom wall near the door...not sure what it was, but I was able to clean it up, myself, fairly easily."

"The design of the facility and its relationship to the foliage was spot on. The pool was clean and warm. The teakwood tables and benches in the dining area were amazing. The staff is warm and friendly. The only bummer was the microwave was on the fritz. Absolutely lovely property. One block walk to the beach, and the beach is stunning."
