"In general I like this hotel. It was my second stay there. They have a lovely breakfast and the area is very good for both walkability and transportation. I did have an issue with the curtains in my superior room. They would not close over the dramatic double height window, so sleeping was going to be a problem. They were only able to downgrade my room due to current availability, but I did have a good nights sleep and I would recommend room 403, which is a standard double."

Communication from the apartments was really good, nice to be able to message them, they were always helpful from check in to check out. "Location and apartment was very good. However, we woke up to no hot water on a Sunday morning in the middle of February and could not get any support from staff until after 11am. This was a letdown that took the shine off of the overall stay. The shower drains also did not work properly so you would finish your shower standing in a pool of water (a small detail but one that needs to be taken care of...especially considering the price for the apartment stay).
