"I highly recommend this beautiful property with wonderful staff and service. Super convenient as this property is only a few minutes' walk from the Sounzan cable car station. Tip - Consider taking a taxi on day of departure instead of local bus as it gets extremely crowded (some folks were declined entry due to full capacity). Should you choose to take the bus, make sure you allot extra travel time as our bus ran 25 minutes late and hit a lot of traffic. "

"Beautiful hotel, but it was a bit of a walk from the bus station if you’re going into Hakone. Be sure to call the hotel to have a shuttle pick you up from the nearest shuttle stop, which is down the hill from the property. Stuff that was super nice although they didn’t know too much about the tourist bus lines-recommend getting a hug Kone 1 to 3 day pass if you’re staying longer. "This location was beautiful. We had a room facing the mountain with a large window and patio. Staff were very nice and English was not a problem. Tattoos need to be covered for the hot spring. There are no sidewalks directly to the hotel but there are many food options within walking distance. Parking was available. There is 1 laundry machine so if you need it you will likely need to wait. "

"Booked this room for the private onsen and it was quite a lovely experience. We brought our luggage to them early in the morning and asked them to hold it until our check in so we could explore and after we checked in and made it to our room they sent someone to bring the luggage up. There was a breakfast buffet included with our room and it had a really nice variety of foods from western to Japanese. Staff spoke great English "
