"The hotel is located in the absolute best location! The room was very comfortable but there is no cleaning service (new towels) unless you ask in advance. There is also no shampoo and conditioner; just the body wash, and no body lotion. This seems to be the new normal in Italian hotels unless they are 5 star. Not really an issue though because there is a Coop store directly next door. We would definitely stay there again. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great."

"This hotel is really well located in the centre, so it's easily walkable to everything you need and lots of major attractions, restaurants, food markets etc. The staff are the best aspect of the hotel, both in reception and in the dining areas. Breakfasts were good, and the hotel resturant menu looked excellent although we had already booked other restaurants for dinner. Unfortunately the bathroom in our room flooded every time we used the shower, and the heating wasn't easy to control without...

"This was definitely a unique property. It is in a very old building, located right in the piazza, with lots of dining options. We stayed in the Triple Room, on the top floor. "Great apartment but the building is undergoing some massive renovation and there was a lot of noise during the day and construction scaffolds everywhere. Both balconies in the apartment had scaffolding out front so we couldn’t use them and had to keep the windows closed. The area isn’t great, typical university type vibe. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, but lots of graffiti. If we go back I’d probably choose a place closer to piazza maggiorie. "

"Everything was excellent. Really good communication before arrival with video's of how to get in and where to go. Location is perfect for exploring all the wonderful city of Bologna has to offer, literally in the main square. Windows didn't let any street noise in and room was clean and very big. Would definitely come back the next time we visit."

"Our room was ready early which worked well for us. Room was clean and comfortable. We had to check out before breakfast to catch our flight and the staff offered to have to-go bags with breakfast to grab when we checked out. I appreciated the extra effort to make our stay pleasant. "

"Hotel situato a metà strada, circa, tra stazione dei treni e centro città, quindi comodissimo per chi viaggia in treno. La nostra stanza era al terzo piano ed era grande, pulita e silenziosa. "We loved the Social Hub in Bologna! The staff is very kind and its very close to the station, so it was easy for us to take day trips around the surrounding area. I could stay longer. It is also a student accommodation, but since we were on the third floor, we didn’t really hear students"
