"Our stay was wonderful due to friendly staff. Our room which was a suite was not . The couch was stained , white curtain behind the desk dirty along with the glass door. The carpet was worn torn in some areas and the shower needs a serious update. The drain in the shower did not drain well with standing water after the shower . Again it was close to main points and the staff was great !"

"Excellent location, room is big enough, bed is really comfortable, breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've had in Italy, my only issue was with the air conditioner that wouldn't turn on at first, then someone from the lobby helped me get it running but after about 1-2 hours it went back to not working, left the window open (thankfully the temperature was good outside) but then the noise grows exponentially which makes it a bit difficult to fall asleep."

"Phi hotel is right in the heart of the old town, within a few minutes walk to the main square. We stayed at an annexed apartment that's really spacious, with a kitchen, two bedrooms and bathrooms. The is parking for an additional fee, it's very tight and I had to be very careful to get in and out. However, a hotel staff was there to provide guidance which was a big help. "Everything was excellent. Really good communication before arrival with video's of how to get in and where to go. Location is perfect for exploring all the wonderful city of Bologna has to offer, literally in the main square. Windows didn't let any street noise in and room was clean and very big. Would definitely come back the next time we visit."
