"This was our second trip to Hoi An. The town is majestic! The hotel was fantastic. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and most of all an exceptional staff. We were also super happy with the store across the alley from our room. We bought drinks, snacks, deodorant and rented a scooter from them for the equivalent of $5 a day. "Excellent location, short walk to old town and all the shopping. Staff is incredibly engaging always checking if anything is needed to make your stay more comfortable. Room was always clean as is the hotel itself. Pool is excellent. They made great recommendations for shopping at check in as well as activities and sights. Only real downside is the gym, it will be fine for most but if you're a gym rat you know this is typical complaint lol. Will definitely be back, thank you! "

"We booked a low floor connecting room. Room was clean and it was not noisy despite low level. However, basin in master bedroom was small and tap was hard to turn on. Bed was also showing its age as it lacked support. Otherwise staff are warm, friendly and go the extra mile to ensure our stay is comfortable. Location was impeccable. It was walking distant to the food street and old market. Booking of show and latern release is a breeze at the hotel. On the whole, good hotel and great location."

"Great location in Hoi An, close enough to walk to the old town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Room was small but comfortable and enough space for two people.
