"This was our second trip to Hoi An. The town is majestic! The hotel was fantastic. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and most of all an exceptional staff. We were also super happy with the store across the alley from our room. We bought drinks, snacks, deodorant and rented a scooter from them for the equivalent of $5 a day. "We booked a low floor connecting room. Room was clean and it was not noisy despite low level. However, basin in master bedroom was small and tap was hard to turn on. Bed was also showing its age as it lacked support. Otherwise staff are warm, friendly and go the extra mile to ensure our stay is comfortable. Location was impeccable. It was walking distant to the food street and old market. Booking of show and latern release is a breeze at the hotel. On the whole, good hotel and great location."

"The staff at this hotel were outstanding. Every member of staff including the cleaning staff upwards were extremely friendly and polite. They were magnificent - everyone. There was a lot of noise from the pool area all day and evenings every day, which slightly marred our stay. Many guests stayed for just a few nights only, and were noisy banging doors and talking loudly at all hours. But overall a very good hotel. Will definitely return"

"Little Hoi An was in an ideal location and all shops, markets, Japanese bridge, restaurants were in a short walking distance. While I booked a ‘Deluxe Room’ about 2 mths ago, I’m not certain the booking was as described. There was a note upon arrival regarding ‘unexpecteded’ all-day curb/sidewalk construction in front of the hotel, another building next door undergoing construction and the hotel pool and lounge area totally closed.
