"Check in was a breeze and the hotel staff like Mya and Rose are super friendly and provided very clear information. Mya helped to book the transport for us to Ba Na Hills and even waited by the car and provided a bottle of water for each of us. She was always available to help when we needed it. Rose was another gem of the hotel. She provided us lots of info on where to visit and eat and guided us to the various types of coffee in Da Nang like coconut coffee and egg coffee which is available...

"This property has a really good location, you'll be able to walk to quite a few sites easily. There are also many restaurants around. Even though the room I stayed at would use a revamp, and a few things could be fixed, the helpfulness and genuine friendliness of the staff made up for it. "
