"We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and had an absolutely wonderful time! First I would like to mention Tram who is the Guest Relations Manager. I’ve never met someone so perfect for her job title. She went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The entire staff is so kind, welcoming and helpful. The pool area is stunning with lots of great seating choices that give a different view and feel. The food and drinks are reasonably priced which made spending a day poolside with a few drinks and lunch much more enjoyable. We were able to get a massages here as well and really enjoyed them. The spa is well decorated and relaxing. If you can, open the drapes for a stunning view of the beach!! Breakfast area was large and bright. The Pho broth was really nice every morning to help sooth my cough. Made to order egg station with plenty of options in the buffet lines helped keep each mornings breakfast unique. The gym was the best we’ve found in the few hotels we have stayed in so far. They have convertible machines plus free weights that allow a full body workout. 10/10 - all day everyday. Highly recommended!!! "

"Spacious rooms and staff was very attentive and welcoming. Whenever there was any issues with the room, they were able to fix it immediately. A nice touch the hotel did was cleaning our room 2 times a day and also giving us some dried fruit snacks. We all had a great time and would come back. "
