"Beach access very limited around the island. This hotel has both direct beach access and loungers which is unusual. Unfortunately most of waterfront on the island is clogged with boats. Will say the wifi is very bad. We stayed in villa 129 and there was no wifi signal there! Overall a nice clean property with decent breakfast offerings. Very disappointed in the onsite restaurant - had dinner there on our last night. Would skip it for many other great options nearby. "

"This small resort was incredible! It was truly paradise. The restaurant food was pricey compared to Thai dishes outside of hotel but the Thai dishes were very delicious. The western dishes were ok, but sufficed to mix up eating Thai for every meal. Breakfast was included and had amazing view of ocean and buffet style, very delicious. The staff was all so kind and welcoming and very helpful! Would stay here again! "

"Well located hotel by the beach with nice resort and pool. Rooms were good - the beds were very hard/firm, but we told reception and they added a mattress topper to the bed, which made it significantly better (should have requested on first night)."

"We spent six nights at Phi Phi Relax resort. We were a bit unlucky with the weather most of the days, with rain, strong winds and lots of clouds, which we were told was very unusual. I also had a very bad stomach for one and a half day, but the staff was so nice and helpful, both to my husband, who had to eat his meals alone, and to me bringing medicine and rice soup and being very caring Thank you, Laura, and all the rest of you. "The room was great and the view from the balcony was amazing from higher up! We saw reviews that there are a lot of stairs to get there but we are medium-fitness level and it was no issue for us. We liked that it wasn’t right next to the main strip because it wasn’t as loud at night. Would recommend! "
