"We stayed total of 5 nights and 3 rooms. One of the rooms had bad reception of satellite tv. So we switched to new room on third night Breakfast was ok . Thoughtful they put signs for chicken vegetarian etc because we only eat halal food Servers during breakfast mostly seemed like they had bad days . But other hotel staff seemed friendly "

"Amazing property with fun activities for kids and a very clean and safe beach with few free water sports activities. We were 4 families and it was lot of fun with kayaking, swimming along with yummy breakfast and very delicious Indian restaurant. The chef Atul was our saviour in the restaurant 😀"

"The women’s bathroom next to reception was VERY smelly. Seeing as this may be an early first impression I strongly suggest you fix this."

"This is a beautiful property. We had a sunset villa which was very nice but be prepared to walk up 50 steps every time you want to go to your room. Next time, I would opt for a garden villa. The foliage is absolutely stunning. My only complaint is - this resort is very isolated and requires a taxi to go anywhere. Consequently we ate most of our meals at the resort. I would recommend this resort if you are looking for a very quiet and relaxing holiday."

"The resort was beautiful. The service was good. It took a while to get drinks by the pool or beach. They also only allowed you to have one room key which meant you could not cool your room if you were not in it which is ridiculous. It was very hot. They have 4 pools and none were adults only. There were kids jumping all over including splashing water near my food and drink. At least one pool should be adults only and enforce it. "

"Ban’s is centrally located in Koh Tao. I liked everything about the experience staying there. Primarily as divers, we loved the convenience of getting on speed boats right in front of the property. "

"The service and staff were immaculate. We stayed a week and had an all inclusive stay. Each restaurant was lovely, breakfast amazing. The massages and spa treatments were fantastic. The location is quiet and peaceful, great views and nice beach, about an hour from the airport and 15mins from Old Phuket Town. Very glad we stayed there and away from the hussle and bussle of Patong and the markets, while still being a short taxi ride from everything. The bird watching tour was great too, definitely...
