"It’s a very good property. It looks either new or remodeled recently. Great breakfast! Room is not very big, but it’s big enough. Close to movie theater and grocery shopping if needed. Good for families because it’s a suite. Only downside is that sometimes the road traffic is noisy at night. "

"This property did not disappoint. High ceilings make the room feel more spacious. Breakfast in the morning offered a great variety. Gym and pool amenities were clean. Evening time staff member was FaceTiming someone as we checked in. So could work a little more on the checking in process. Room quality however, worth the stay. "

"The exterior was very unattractive. We were in an inside facing room and the walkways were dirty and noisy. It looked like a New York tenement building. The bed linens were stained and the main ceiling light was not working. The telephone was not connected. It took me about 20 minutes to check in with a line of people waiting to check in that went all the way to the entrance door. "My husband and I stayed at Jesse Hotel for 2 nights. Hotel bar and restaurant were closed temporarily during our stay. It was a bit of disappointment. The hotel itself was neatly decorated and very clean. There is no elevators, so be prepared to take few flights of stairs. It is located right next to a bus terminal, and in a bit of dicey neighborhood. There are bars and concert venue nearby. Few minutes walk from El Dorado. "

Circus Circus Hotel Casino Reno at THE ROW

"Overall, it was a great stay. There was only one staff member that was rude enough to us for a lady I didn’t know to make a comment. however, it was only one person, and it didn’t ruin our stay. You can tell the rooms are outdated, but they were very comfortable and with the age of the hotel, I would expect it. The beds were comfortable, and there was a lot of options for restaurants to eat within the row. We would stay there again if we come back to Reno."

"We only stayed one night. The young man that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We liked the fact you had to scan your room key to use elevator. Lived the Mountain View room. Room was clean. We did notice. Bathroom/shower area were really small and no fan. The bed itself was very soft like sleeping on a marshmallow. The pillows were awful. You only got 2 and they were lumpy and flat. Should offer at least 1 firm pillow. Funny when we were checking out we were gonna fill out the card that came with the room keys. The room had no pen or scrap paper. So we had to check out using the TV. Oh , we called to make a reservation at Gordon Ramsey restaurant. The information they wanted was ridiculous. Plus we had had to give a credit card because if we didnt attend dinner after reserving we would be charged. The food was wonderful by the way. Staff was great. Whats up with the tiny gift shops? Plus why are they closed so early. People are up late and would shop. Should open at 8 am. They need more variety as well. I probably wouldnt stay there again. "
