"I stayed here for 6 days and it’s been the best experience ever. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always went above and beyond, the room and hotel was super clean , the space was comfortable over all and it really felt like home. On top of that , it’s close to all of the stores nearby making it super convenient, all walking distance. I would definitely stay again, I was sad when it was time to go home "

"The coolest place to stay in Reno. The building is gorgeous and the restaurant was fantastic. You can see the big casino's but you're not part of that craziness. Walkable to great breweries and restaurants. "

"A fun, updated and clean spot right in the middle of a really great walkable neighborhood with a lot of great restaurants and shops. The staff was very responsive and helpful. We had a check in issue and didn’t get the room we paid for, but they made all efforts to make it right and adjusted our payment. We had a great stay."

"unfortunately, Hotels did not inform us of the low clearance for the hotel parking garage. Consequently, we had to park a block away and walk in the cold and dark to reach the hotel entrance. The garage has a 6' 5" clearance and we were just one inch too tall. Be blame Hotels for this oversight."

"Arrived at the airport at midnight and I called for transportation to the Hotel. They arrived within 15 minutes. Check in was quick. We stayed one night. The room was big and spacious. Clean! Breakfast was not the best, microwaveable cinnamon pastries and coffee. Staff at the Check in desk in the morning was not very efficient but I appreciate her efforts. The shuttle to and from the airport was amazing. But you have to load your own luggage...FYI. Overall, nice place and would stay here again. Happy to give it a second chance. "
