"A Safe and reliable. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. Laundry, kitchenette, mini office. The staff are attentive and the security is very friendly and helpful. House keeping is a turnaround of under 5 mins. Late check out is a very standout option here at 2pm! "We stayed for 3 nights, the 1 bedroom apartment is clean and cosy. Apartment has many lights so it is bright. At the time when I Check in and out, both receptionists are not so friendly, not rude either, at the same time, not very proactive nor helpful. Not all are like these two as I had observed, some are quite nice and courteous. The concierge Mr Chris Yao is amazing, he is very hardworking and helpful to all guests who arrives or departs. He greets every guests with a smile, help them...

"Amazing stay and strongly recommend! Incredibly clean, and local subway station is maybe 4 min walk. It's more upscale and extremely resonable for the price. Only knitpicking the personal washer in the room did not have a dryer, and one of the buttons for my automatic curtains did not work - all very minor. (Forgot to mention they give you laundry detergent too) My cleaning lady was so awesome, she knew I didn't speak Mandarin so she came to my room with her phone to translate they were testing...

"Upon check in was told i hv to pay breakfast for extra pax even though i booked n paid extra for all with breakfast. Toilet door spoilt, cannot be open, response was fast n they changed lock. Also fix another toilet door difficult to close. Breakfast was good but we do not want to pay breakfast everyday for extra pax due to Miscommunication between agent n hotel, location was also good. Hope to hear good news from hotel.com"

"We stayed at Four Seasons Guangzhou for my mom’s 78th birthday, along with my 85 year old dad. Both can’t walk well but they had the best time at the Four Seasons. Staffs and the service they provided is world class 5-star. Bravo to the management and all the staffs for making our stay more than perfect. "
