"Hotel is good, lobby, walkway, corridor and room is clean. Although room is slightly smaller, but comfortable, feel safe and secure once we step into the hotel. 24 hours staff station at front desk, staff is polite and friendly. Check-in procedure is fast and easy. Easy to get food surrounding hotel area, not convenient for public transport. However, we are driving not an issue. "

"The apartment was spotless, and everything was in great condition and design, comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. The location is also ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. We booked deluxe room which cost RM100 but they gave us window deluxe room which cost RM70. The room condition is differ from photo shown. The toilet is not fully covered and the ventilation is not good enough. Car park for customer also is limited."
