"The properties very nice. The room was great. The only thing that was disappointing. When I arrived they told me the pool was closed for renovations and actually that’s why I booked the visit for the pool so unfortunately I had to check out prematurely. I would’ve extended my stay if The pool and pool area was functional. Also, a lot of construction going around the pool area and the room was quite noisy. "

"Hotel staff was very friendly, whenever you enter or leave the property the front staff would greet you. If someone is by the door they will open it for you. My room included breakfast which was very good. Room was clean, bed was firm but there was a 1 inch topper which helped in comfort. Linens were nice and white however towels were not.. "This hotel is close to anything you could want to do that is in this area of Thailand. Ignore the negative reviews none of them are true, I’m glad I didn’t cancel my reservation after reading them because I would have been missing out. My room didn’t have the best view of the bay/beach. But I was rarely in it. The food is great, breakfast was well worth the added charge. There are two pools, and they are both nice, clean, and the water is cold. A great place to escape the heat. It feels like an upscale place, or a mid to upper range place, but the price is still very affordable "
