"We stayed total of 5 nights and 3 rooms. One of the rooms had bad reception of satellite tv. So we switched to new room on third night Breakfast was ok . Thoughtful they put signs for chicken vegetarian etc because we only eat halal food Servers during breakfast mostly seemed like they had bad days . But other hotel staff seemed friendly "

"We loved the fact that you could step onto your patio and then slip into the pool without actually leaving your room. Our room was very comfortable with the best bed we've had for a long long time. The bathroom is spacious, but beware of tiny steps into the bathroom! Breakfast was reasonable with 2 breakfast rooms. The lobby area is huge and has lots of seating with a nail bar, gift shop and coffee(Starbucks)/cake shop. Hotel only 1 minute from the beach, but you have to cross a busy road to...

"I was thoroughly impressed with our stay here. Two minutes from the beach, all kinds of shopping just off the property and transportation was readily available. The restaurants one the property are very nice with a wide variety of foods. The breakfast was large with many different choices. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Facility and rooms are large and well maintained."

"I was kindly placed in room 323.I booked a pool side room which was not given. My wife was just happy to be at the Patong Paragon so room 323 was nice. The staff were fantastic and beautiful however some of the guests were rude and inconsiderate to staff which was distressing. I wish all the staff at the Paragon the best. "

"Service was excellent. Pool and swim up bar was great despite the major construction being done during our stay. Happy hour at the pool was great. Poolside dj and half price drinks. Breakfast buffet was easily the Best I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Just wonderful. Everything such as beach and Bangla walking street, walkable from hotel."

"Property was awesome. Location was unbeatable view. Amazing breakfast! Had the best curries we ever had in Thailand. Even better than the Michelin star restaurant..... Only one negative was a guy was smoking weed at the pool and security said nothing should have a designated area"

"Stayed 28 days. It was a good room. Good location. Staff was excellent. The pool was nice; partially in the shade for a majority of the day. A band did play until 10 or 11 in a nearby location, otherwise quiet for Patong. I would definitely stay again."

Issues with aroma from bathroom and water not hot but good pressure. Enjoyed a pleasant break in a good location which was surprisingly quiet considering the numerous hotels located in the Soi. Small swimming pool on the roof. 1.3 metres depth with towels available from reception. "
