"At check-in we were not given any information about the pool facilities or housekeeping. Housekeeping did not come during our multiple night stay and there was no indication that it was not daily service. We used room items and placed used towels into the bathtub as is customary but housekeeping never came to replenish anything, and we didn't know any different. "Excellent staff and cleanliness. Always asking how our stay was and if we required anything. Very safe and lot's of parking even with the adjacent hotel next door. The location is out of the way but excellent location for those who have business or a conference in the industrial area. It is less that 10 minute drive to the Gretzky Arena"
