We had asked for a room on the ground floor close to the lobby and they delivered. "Lovely small hotel tucked away at Falmouth harbour, nice, quiet and relaxing, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast delivered to the room could have been better quality. The hotel is a bit of a walk away from the main road and transport facilities, so need a car to get around.
