"Great property but for the noise at night coming out of the Beefbar. The hotel anknowleged it though annd made up for it. The ski shop had limited options for ski rentals and the equipment was not the best I have seen in a 5 star hotel."

She took such good care of us and really made the experience much better. She helped us find restaurants to visit and gave us many suggestions for things to do. "

"Absolutely loved our stay, which unfortunately was only for one night. Although a 3 star it felt like we stayed in a 4 or 5 star hotel. The views over the frozen lake and mountains from our room and the restaurant were breathtaking. The room was very clean and comfortable with lots of nice touches that made it extra special - the dressing gowns were so luxurious. Breakfast was fantastic. Looking forward to staying again. "

"Loved staying here! We don’t typically stay in hostels but this place was excellent! The staff was super friendly and helpful! We had a private room with shared bathroom and showers. The bathroom and showers were super clean and the showers had great water pressure and heat. The spa in the pictures is not included it is additional, but it’s a nice option to have. "We have stayed at 5 Star resorts and we absolutely loved Chesa Spuondas. I wanted our kids to see what a real European Vacation is like and we had a fabulous time. "Stayed here for one night before catching glacier express out of st moritz. Will definitely stay here again. The hotel is a bit away from the town, but they offer shuttles. The hotel restaurant is excellent. I also especially enjoyed the hot tub with the most stunning view of the mountains "
