"Everything went fine. I did not find the bed comfortable, but my wife and family said they had no issues. I felt like the bed was hard. The breakfast was fine, typical of a free continental breakfast, nothing super special. They did offer the ability to make regular sized Belgian waffles and small ones as well as pancakes so having those options were nice. The hotel overall was clean and the staff we encountered were friendly."

"Very clean and modern. Large room with a couch and kitchenette. Huge shower. Lots of storage space. Only complaint is the heat didn’t regulate well. It was single digits while staying there and if heat wasn’t blowing out it was blowing cold air. Which is chilly when sleeping right in front of the vent. You can walk less than a block to visit bars and restaurants and shops. Great location. "

"The hotel and room looked great. It was a cool vibe with nice decor. The only bad thing we encountered were lots of strange noises. We kept hearing creaks and bumps. They weren't people, but noises from the building itself. I don't know if it was plumbing pipes, HVAC or what. Also, the heat in the room took forever to keep up with the winter cold."

Our room was huge and we did have to leave a day earlier than planned, talked with staff an d they were going to make the manager aware to see if there was anything they could do, problem is we booked through a third party, but appreciated them even considering it. We would definitely stay there again!"
