No towels in pool area. Only gave us 2 towels in a King Suite with 6 people. No way of contacting front desk unless you walk down there. Resturant attached to hotel pizza oven was broke down and only 1 person working vegind the counter. No bartender at the tiki bar in the pool area. And the worst is that there was NO hot water to shower. So we checked out a day early amd went home !!!!!

Slow untrained front desk staff. Took hour to check in 45 minutes to go back and get a key that worked.. Lied to about check in. The place was rampant with horror stories, even doubting charging. No clean rooms to assign. Surprised Ramada has allowed this to happen. I learned READ REVIEWS!! This has been going on for years.

Bathroom door in our room was broke. Asked 3 times for it to be fixed nothing. Ran out of clean towels. No housekeeping service. Elevator went out without an out of order sign placed. Then to top it all off found what looked like black mold under the little kitchen sink. All and all poor experience and absolutely nothing done to make anything right.

Came for my daughter's birthday party. We asked about needing wrist bands for the waterpark. We were told only kids need them, adults swimming with kids (littles who can't swim on their own) don't need a wristband. We were then yelled at by some lifeguard that everyone must have wristbands. So we spend much more money, and then the pool was frigid. So much so, that kiddos only spent 20 minutes in the water- after spending all that money. Won't plan anything else here

It was an alright place to stay. Front desk staff was absent a lot and had to ring a bell for service. The restaurant was not open until like 3:00 so we had to go find food for lunch. Pool was versatile and adequate for young children. Room was good and clean. Would stay again.
