"The staff (JANE) was friendly and very accommodating. The property was visually appealing. However, the carpet in the hallways should be replaced; the light cream original color is not idea for high traffic areas. Otherwise, the hotel was very clean. "

"We really Love the Queen. Its location in Waikiki is perfect. Directly across the street from the zoo within two blocks of walking from the beach, surrounded by restaurants what’s not to like. The hotel is clean, quaint and has a nice old world, ambience. We love to stay there."
