"Best Western Brook Norwich Hotel check in experience I booked a family room. I came with a heavy luggage and two young children (2y and 4y). My room was on 2nd floor. I found it isn’t convenient that there is no lift because it is not easy to carry the luggage through stairs while looking after two children on stairs. There was a slight walk way from reception and the stairs. The lighting is a bit dark. My two children were scared of walking through it. I wish the lighting can be as bright...

"Absolutely brilliant 4 * hotel just three miles from the centre of Norwich, charging about a third less than the equivalent city centre hotels (and the same price as the very basic city centre Travelodge / Premier Inns). We paid just £10 a night more for the superior double which was well worth it. Very spacious with extra seating.
