"Excellent in every way. Very clean, modern & comfortable rooms. All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly & helpful. Hotel is next to the bus station & tram station & a great location for San Mames football stadium. We were in the city for the Europa League game. A lovely city with lovely people & very inexpensive. "Excellent stay, train station stop outside hotel to go directly into town. Bus also available, or walk into town approximately 30 minutes. Hotel reception staff welcoming and friendly. Room ready early on arrival. Parking available which is a great bonus to leave car whilst staying. Room clean, quiet and exceeded our expectations. Excellent price. Would recommend. Thank you"
