This hotel is a great option to stay in New York! The hotel is close to the metro station and in 15/20 minutes you can reach the 5th ave and the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and soundproofed and we had an enjoyable view of the city. You can also have a nice breakfast/dinner at nice matin which is attached to the hotel. But you have also plenty of options nearby.

Disappointed in the deluxe room. Over priced for what I received in the room. The deluxe room consisted of a bed, dresser, nightstand, desk. No table and chairs to sit and have a meal. Guess I expected more for the over priced room.

My room had space! In NYC this seems rare. Besides being spacious, my room had a view of the neighborhood and was clean. Everyone I spoke to at this hotel was friendly and helpful, including other guests! It was an easy walk to different subway lines.

We were here over night with our two young children. It was surprisingly quiet for the city. A small but clean and lovely hotel. Very nice staff. Also, we keep kosher and it was walkable to many restaurants, and a short subway trip to even more.

Older hotel but kept very clean. Wonderful staff. Restaurant downstairs is fantastic but definitely make sure to book for dinners in particular. Great location. Lots of other food options close by. Subway close by

Fourth time staying at the Lucerne. Chilled area with subway stations very close by and good local food options such as Jing Fong and Levain. Only slight draw back was some of the staff were not super friendly and the doorman wasn’t often there. I don’t expect a doorman but if we know there is one it would be good for them to be there especially when we tipped when leaving. Not enough to put me off returning by any means. Beautiful property, extremely comfy bed, clean and well maintained.
