The hotel is very conveniently located. The room was small but clean and adequate. The staff with whom i dealt were courteous and efficient. Elevators could be full in the mornings.

The hotel is conveniently located to Times Square and has a very nice breakfast buffet and was nice & clean. However, I will say that the videos they are playing on the screen behind the check-in counter are a little weird.

Amamos a estádia, foram 4 dias incríveis. Localização excelente, do meu andar (47) conseguia ver as escadas da time square e ter uma ótima vista da cidade; serviço de quarto e recepção, também não tenho o que falar, tive um contratempo com o meu secador, resolveram na mesma hora, enfim, vale a pena!

They really did their research when considering the needs of travelers. Smart room lighting. Good bathroom with fantastic shower. Quick shop where you could get sodas, liquor, beer, sandwiches, etc. Great selection of TV channels. Good city views. Hall could get a little loud, but not to often. Friendly staff. Plenty of seating in the lobby if you’re waiting for a ride or to check in. Fantastic location. Close to eating establishments and Broadway theaters. My room was small, but had all the amenities I needed. Good security.

This hotel was amazing! staff was great and very helpful, had everything figured out for us on new years so we still had access to the hotel with its proximity to Times Square. Everything was great. Breakfast buffet was amazing as well
