The hotel is located close to the subway, just 2 minutes away, and there are a many stores nearby where you can do some shopping. The check-in process went smoothly. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with nothing to complain about. Overall, a 4-day stay went by with 0 issues. I highly recommend it.

This is a new property so you may not see much reviews , don’t trip, it’s not a scam like most people are saying. It’s a brand new hotel that’s only been open for about a week. With that being said I booked this hotel for my birthday stay. From the moment we walked in , it smelled so damn clean in there . Like a freshly mopped and cleaned establishment. Major points for that. When checking into our room, the manager changed rooms for us free of charge due to the previous room not being cleaned to his standards. I respect that so much . I recommend getting the room with the balcony. The area is very quiet which is great , restaurants within walking distance. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay, this is a great deal. Another thing I’d like to mention is that the heating/ cooling system worked perfectly fine. Room was nice and toasty when needed. I’m one of those people that read ALL reviews before booking a place . So trust me this is a hidden gem that no one knows about . If you like being in the cut and out of the way, stay at Nova. I’ll be back for sure because the owner says a nightclub will open soon !

What I liked about the hotel was that my room was quiet. You couldn’t hear any neighboring guests. The room was very clean. The shower water pressure was fantastic and the bathroom was spotless. I wished there was a desk chair in the room, the only place to sit was the bed. What I didn’t like was how close the bed was too close to the floor. If you sat on the bed and had your feet on the floor, you’re sitting in a squatting position. It’s really bad for people with bad knees, or elderly. It was a struggle getting up from the bed, especially if you’re the type to get up to use the bathroom multiple times a night. The frame was basically an inch off the floor and the mattress didn’t help that it was super squishy, which made getting up a major chore. Lying on the mattress was cozy but the bed was sunken in the middle. It was clean and bug-less which I appreciate. The wooden bed was rickety and it made me nervous as a plus sized guest to move around in it. They definitely need to swap to metal bed frames. The wardrobe and side tables were nice, spacious and clean. The television was working well but I didn’t use it much. The phone in the room didn’t work at all. The outlets and WiFi worked wonderfully and I appreciate how well the wifi works. The room service response time is terrible. It took hours for them to send a plunger for our clogged toilet and on our checkout day we requested toilet paper they never bothered to show up.
