"Pontos positivos: a localização é excelente, perto de muitos lugares ótimos. A banheira e o sofá tb são pontos positivos. Pontos negativos: a geladeira, em alguns momentos da madrugada, faz um barulho bem alto, atrapalhando inclusive no andar de cima do duplex.
