And most importantly she helped with my lost handbag; I left my handbag behind during the checkout process. The bag has passports and other important stuff. "To put this review in context: we booked 4 days before travelling, the room had its own pool and we were all inclusive with premium upgrade. We went for a 10 day rest so did not venture ouyt of the hotel at all. Everything was excellent and less than one hour from Rhodes airport. Well done to the manager and all his staff. Brilliant!"

"The Atlantica Imperial had everything we needed and wanted for our 10 day stay. The staff are amazing, always service with a smile. We elected for half board dining and we enjoyed every delicious meal. The quality and choice of food was first class. Our room was really comfortable and the bed was just right for a great nights sleep. They have different pillow options should you require a softer or harder pillow. Will definitely consider a return in 2025. "

"The hotel was great but there were few problems that made it less than 5 starts for me. First, the A/C was too weak no matter how strong we set it, all the way down with the temperature, it was still very hot in our room. The hallways and other halls are not receiving too much A/C and it was too hot generally speaking. Second, the elevators are far from what you expect to find in a 5 stars hotel. Old, small and super SLOW. Difficult to handle EVERY DAY. It really damaged our experience as we had...

"Good hotel for an overnight staying. Friendly staff, nice restaurant with decent food. Reception and restaurant area looks modern, but room is bit out dated. Good location, as it is walkable distance from Rhodes old town & Elli Beach. It can be noisy though as it is located in a busy road. "
