"The location is under renovations, so the elevator was not operating. We had a third floor room. The size was considerably larger and good for our family of five. The temperature was good, the beds felt wonderful, the smell of the room seemed clean, the updated furniture even looked great. I was disappointed when I found something left by a previous guest under the curtain and behind a decorative chair. The train was extremely loud in the early morning and woke me from a deep sleep."

"It’s like brand new and we felt safe. But we didn’t walk anywhere. And the police station is across the street. And you get free breakfast."

"Property was beautiful and very clean. Only problem we had was you can't buy a coffee or tea in the morning. Later discovered that if you cross the bridge to the California hotel, there's a coffee shop there. Got players card but then told had to get pin on at cashiers, so off I went there, however he said he was by himself so couldn't do so had to go to the California hotel players desk, however she said it should have been done at cashiers in main street, at this point I gave up"

"Good customer service, smoke smell in casino. The room had an odor to it but we're not conversational so we didnt complain. The Water fall show was amazing. Small fast food places if you're hungry for a quick bite."

"overall we were pleased; some of the issues were mostly cleanliness and perhaps some of the aging of the property rooms. We felt our concerns/requests for the few specifics were always met graciously by all the staff. I didn't necessarily know; nor liked the smoking allowed in the casino area - this was definately a negative. "
