"This was a great experience. I had some trouble with a person in a connecting room, and they offered to move me without any trouble. Amazing service, comfortable/safe room. The pillow top beds were a little soft for my taste, but my partner loved them. The pool was under renovation when I visited, but this didn’t bother me as I would not have used it regardless. "
