"One of the most charming places my friend and I stayed on our trip in March! Rooms are beautifully designed and clean. The rooftop is lovely and has a nice view, and the breakfast was delicious. We had dinner elsewhere but at night the rooftop is hopping! Owners were so sweet and accommodating. A highlight of our stay!"

"We absolutely loved this place and enjoyed the stay and the hospitality of the hosts. The rooms are exceptional and really well appointed, the haveli is unique and such a warm experience. Everyone working at the place was exceptionally customer focused and looked after all our needs. They arranged all the local visits for us and the service was out of this world. They were busy as the place was sold out, but it still felt like we were the only ones there."

"Return trip after a night at a desert camp. Staff went above and beyond to get us the room that we wanted with the best fort view. We arrived before check in time and were treated to a complimentary lunch in the roof top restaurant. On departure, staff made sure we had plenty of water for our road trip and even packed us a lunch. Would definitely stay here again, largely for the location, but mainly for the excellent service. "

"This was a highlight of my trip to India. Fifu is such a kind and generous man, not to mention so helpful with coordinating a camel safari and transportation at the best price. The whole staff at the hotel was so hardworking. The rooftop restaurant had a great view with excellent food. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. "

"Staff is very average and not the warm kinds (which is very unusual in hospitality industry). The staff was evidently pushing tasks from one department to another. Seemed like they want to make money on every given instance- baby food was also chargeable, which is not chargeable at every Hotel, wherever we have stayed earlier. Food is very basic."

I stayed there for two days and haven't seen the service staff changes there dresses. constantly asking for extra bed with totally no response. Expedia peoples are advised to see the professional qualification of hotel staff before approaching them for rooms. Totally money oriented people with lack of management skills. "
