"It’s clean, facilities and amenities are modern and advance, although not state of the art yet. Staff are friendly. Had difficulty getting to the hotel from the airport as the taxi driver has not heard about the hotel and we spent almost half an hour looking up the directions for him. We could not find any contact number to call the hotel from the website. There’s a wide variety of cafes and eateries, however, most of them only opens at 10am. We could only find 3 open before 10am"

"Had some communication problems with reception but they tried very hard. I noted in my booking that I wanted a non smoking room but they issued me a smoking room, however they were able to reassign me a non smoking room after my discovery. "For the family traveling with kids, I love the options of having washer, dryer and kitchen in the apartment. And I also like the gym to continue my routine work out while on vacation. This residence apartments are located in EAC (Europe American Center) which is easily for taxi driver to find. We rarely used public transportation in Hangzhou because taxi is really cheap. And for a family of 4 it is much more convenient to book online vehicle services or just get Taxi. Staffs are very friendly....

"This place is amazing,the staff is super nice ,Any question you have ,they are there for you .Everyone is smiling ,the security guy helped us with 2 big suitcases .The free breakfast is quite decent ,they have some crossaint ,fresh fruits ,mainly Chinese breakfast and Brunchies ,but they are delicious ,they have coffee ,expresso and so on . No place we stayed have washer and dryer ,but they do.It made is so much easier for us ,there are lots of mountains near west lake ,we washed our cloth daily. As far as location ,they are like 20 mins to 30 mins walk from west lake ,but you can always take a taxi .Near there are plenty of local stores ,around the corner there is a farmers market and there is a great bakery store nearby . We enjoyed our staying ,we'll be back ."
