"It’s clean, facilities and amenities are modern and advance, although not state of the art yet. Staff are friendly. Had difficulty getting to the hotel from the airport as the taxi driver has not heard about the hotel and we spent almost half an hour looking up the directions for him. We could not find any contact number to call the hotel from the website. There’s a wide variety of cafes and eateries, however, most of them only opens at 10am. We could only find 3 open before 10am"

"Had some communication problems with reception but they tried very hard. I noted in my booking that I wanted a non smoking room but they issued me a smoking room, however they were able to reassign me a non smoking room after my discovery. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable, the shower bathroom were great as well, but you could see that the carpet wasn’t as clean. The room was hot due to no in room controlled A/C. "Incredible! Luxurious and incredible location but the most important thing is that the staff are incredibly courteous and helpful! I have OCD about germs and this place was immaculate and clean and beautiful. Would 100/10 stay here again!"

"Hotel staff was amazing. Positive attitude to serve their hotel guests all the time. Staff service definitely meets a five-star hotel standard. However, the condition of the room needs renovation. Uneven flooring on bathroom floor. Grout dropped off between tiles were seen around toilet area. Otherwise, had a good hotel stay."

"Facing the west lake, it is best place to view the west lake. It is near Su Di and Lou Wai Lou, the famous restaurant. Temple Yue is 3 min away. Really love the breakfast there. The ginger tea brought us a warm morning during a code winter time. Two birds in the hotel lobby could green guests. And the most important, the hotel hosted a lot of political leaders in the past."
