Right by Plaza Mayor and walking distance to many attractions, including Prado, El Retiro, Puerta Sol, Presidential Palace, Plaza Espana etc. Property is clean and fairly modern. Small washer in bathroom did a good job. Quiet and I slept well. What could be better is check-in process. Despite claim that codes will be sent 24hrs before they were emailed only 1hr before (2 pm). "Hotel was overall very nice, buffet breakfast choice was great and staff were good too. Only negative I experienced was how thin the walls are between rooms ~ I could hear the neighbours talking clearly. ( in bathroom particularly) Wasn't a big deal as was out most of the time but not what you expect from such a hotel. I would recommend staying here."

"Excellent property in Centro/Sol. Hotel sits on Plaza Del Carmen which is currently being upgraded and should be lovely when complete. Location is Chueca adjacent with easy access to Malasaña, Retiro, Gran Via, and most attractions. David, Santi, and Manuel showed me nothing but comfort and grace. Thank you so much!"
