"We loved the hotel and the peace that you feel staying there; the outside onsen is a dream, and the view of Fuji-san is unbelievable. The dinning experience couldn't be better, each day was a different surprise, we loved our host called Ran, she was a trainee there, but to be honest she gave us the best service and recommendations, if you stay there aks for her service and definitely will improve your overall experience at dinning. "This property is exceptional. The staff and service was amazing as well as the dinner and breakfast that was included with our stay. We enjoyed the hot baths immensely and only wished we would have been able to stay longer. Highly recommend. "
