"The room we had was exactly as per the photos. There is no lift in the building. Luckily, the staff helped me to carry my suitcase up 1 flight of stair after check-in and down after check-out. Room is clean but the window shutter is dusty. Thick fluffy white towels. Good water pressure. "

"Having left the lights on in my car the staff called me as I was at dinner at the jetty. I'd left the car key in the room so at my request, they got the key and turned off the lights without me having to return and then called me to let me know all was well. Excellent service "

"Loved the views! Even saw some whales! Lacked some cleanliness though, walls had drinks spilt on them, and bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned properly as there were used bottles of shampoo/body wash in there from previous guests. "
